Meet Nina

Music has been at the heart of Nina Cutrone's life since childhood. As a professional vocalist, Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT), Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), and Royal Conservatory of Music certified piano teacher, she has built a career that combines her passion for music with inspiring children through education.

MY PASSION IS HELPING CHILDREN LEARN, GROW, AND THRIVE THROUGH MUSIC

I began taking music lessons when I was eight years old, and while I learned a great deal, I remember the experience feeling rigid and uninspiring. Music lessons became something I simply did each week, rather than something I looked forward to.

As I grew older and pursued a career in music, I realized what had been missing from my own learning experience—fun.

That realization shaped the way I teach today.

I believe children learn best when they are engaged, encouraged, and genuinely enjoying the process. Every lesson is designed to combine music with creativity, movement, and meaningful learning experiences that build confidence, inspire curiosity, and foster a lifelong love of music.

My goal is not simply to teach children how to play music, but to help them discover everything music can teach them—confidence, perseverance, creativity, self-expression, and a love of learning that extends far beyond the lesson itself.

I would be honoured to be part of your child's musical journey.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Flavio Monopoli, Producer

“I hire Nina for her professionalism and technical ability. In the studio she delivers the goods quickly and always with emotion. Whether it’s adding vocals to another artist’s songs, cutting demos, or composing together, she’s always my first call!”

Bernadette Margie,

Montessori School House

Throughout her 15 years of teaching the Music 4 Kids program at Montessori School House, Nina has been a wonderful contributor to the “CASA” program.  She has a beautiful and natural rapport with the children and has an excellent grasp of bringing music into the classroom.  She has developed many close relationships with the children, staff and parents at our school and is a great asset to any school.

Jakob Weiss, Audience member

“I just witnessed Nina perform Pink Floyd’s “The Great Gig In The Sky”. As you may imagine, when the band started to play I was apprehensive, but Nina was AMAZING!”
